An excellent opportunity exists for an ideal candidate to join Rex as a part-time Catering Officer at Sydney Airport. This position is shift work requiring work across a 7-day rotating roster. Reporting: The Catering Officer will report to the Sydney Catering Supervisor. Position Responsibilities: Delivery of inflight catering to REX and it’s customer airlines Assembly and replenishment of inflight catering, stores and amenities Safe operation of catering vehicles Completion of relevant documentation General duties associated with pick and pack assembly process Awareness and adherence to safety and security requirements on company premises and on the ramp Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, and safety and security requirements Selection Criteria: Previous airline or inflight catering experience is desirable. Food safety and food handling experience desirable. Must be able to hold an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) and Airside Driver’s Licence. Current driver’s licence.
