We are working with an exciting organisation based in South Melbourne to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is newly created and will work closely with HR to handle full end to end recruitment for a large national workforce. This role would best suit someone who has 2 years experience in internal Talent Acquisition or someone in Agency Recruitment looking to move inhouse. The role: Full cycle recruitment across corporate roles Proactive talent pooling and pipelining Partnering with hiring manager for interviews Coordinating pre-engagement paperwork, references, offer letters and background checks Working closely with HR to onboard new employees The right candidate: Will have 2 years end to end recruitment experience Have experience doing volume recruitment - call centre would be a bonus Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently Recruitment agency experience would be considered Someone who is highly organised and able to manage conflicting priorities Someone who is able to influence and has strong stakeholder engagement skills The finer details: The organisation is located in South Melbourne This is a 5 day in office environment Salary of $85,000-$90,000 super depending on experience If this role is of interest, please apply today as we will be reviewing application as they are submitted.
