This may include providing support to statutory functions carried out by the area, developing and maintaining registers (for issues, correspondence, permissioning, risk, assets etc.), participation in quality assurance or audit activities or developing operational reports as required Support stakeholder events and forums with both internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, administrative arrangements, assisting with preparation of papers and liaising with stakeholders as required Drafting, co-ordinating, finalising, formatting and supporting the development and distribution of documents such as meeting agendas, minutes and presentations as required Managing business processes for the team such as access to systems, processing purchase orders, invoices and accruals in accordance with WorkSafe Victoria policy and procedures Support effective document and file management in accordance with WorkSafe Victoria policy and procedures Day to day office coordination; proactively keeping all office functions working efficiently.
