The Green Street News Account Executive position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for Green Street News Australia to market participants globally. The Account Executive will work with an entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in turning qualified prospects into new clients and will play a vital role in the continued growth trajectory of Green Street. Lead Generation and Conversion: Strategically engage high-potential prospects across diverse communication channels, crafting personalized outreach strategies that transform qualified leads into long-term, valuable client relationships Pipeline Management: Exercise discretion and independent judgment to manage and expand an existing sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and growth Salesforce Tracking: Proactively track and update pipeline activity and revenue forecasts using Salesforce to maintain accurate and up-to-date records Prospecting: Identify and assess new sales opportunities, moving multiple prospects through the sales pipeline efficiently Sales Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan aimed at high-volume prospect engagement to drive revenue and enhance brand awareness Performance Metrics: Achieve key activity and performance metrics, including call volume, email engagement, and other relevant targets Data Synthesis: Gather and analyze real estate, transaction, and securities data to facilitate relevant and impactful prospect engagement Feedback Documentation: Understand and document prospect feedback throughout the sales cycle to refine and improve sales strategies 2 years of proven B2B sales experience in media, financial information services, or related professional services industry (senior-level candidates evaluated based on demonstrated expertise) Strong entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and drive for results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for commission and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
