Introduction In this Supervisor role, you will apply your manufacturing experience and industry knowledge to lead the Shepparton Assembly team in delivering Rubicon’s products efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. To be successful in this role, you will bring strong communication skills, a solid understanding of quality control systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Description Key responsibilities: • Oversee and lead daily production activities in accordance with work instructions and production schedules • Liaise with Planning and other Supervisors to ensure daily and weekly output targets are achieved • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records within SAP and other relevant systems • Support and contribute to the implementation of Lean Manufacturing initiatives • Drive continuous improvement by reducing scrap, rework, and customer complaints • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the production team • Lead, mentor and coach team members to meet volume and quality requirements Experience & skills: • Demonstrated experience supervising within a production or manufacturing environment • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational targets • Certificate or higher qualification in a relevant industry discipline (preferred) • Strong understanding of Quality Control systems and ISO standards (ISO9002 experience highly regarded) • Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings • Experience using SAP B1 or similar ERP systems (preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset Skills And Experiences If you are a motivated production leader ready to step into a role where you can make a measurable impact, we would love to hear from you.
