The Opportunity We are seeking experienced and motivated Conveyor Technicians to join our Service team, working across workshop and field operations in the Gulgong/Mudgee region. What You’ll Be Doing Conveyor belt inspections and condition mapping Belt splicing, repairs, installations, and change-outs Pulley lagging repairs and replacements Belt cleaner inspections and maintenance General conveyor belt maintenance activities What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ conveyor or belt experience Underground Black Coal experience (desirable, not essential) Certificate III in Polymer Processing (or working towards) Current driver’s licence (essential) Physically capable of repetitive lifting up to 25 kg HR licence, forklift, dogging or rigging licences (highly regarded) Willing to relocate to the Gulgong/Mudgee region if required What You’ll Get 4-day work week Above-award wages Paid travel & overtime at penalty rates Ongoing training and career development Supportive, professional team environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family Why NEPEAN?
