Description Ready to lead impactful payroll implementations and deliver exceptional client outcomes? We’re seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant – Payroll Systems to join our growing Managed Payroll team. This position is a 0.6 full time equivalent (FTE) role and days are flexible. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end payroll implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong stakeholder engagement and outstanding customer results. You’ll primarily work with Payroll Metrics and KeyPay, partnering closely with clients, internal consultants and technical teams to configure systems, migrate data, deliver training and support successful go-lives. Your role, your contribution! Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects, acting as the primary client contact and driving delivery through build, testing and go-live phases Facilitate project meetings and maintain proactive, clear stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle Configure customer-specific payroll rules and manage key project administration including data migration, scheduling, documentation and progress tracking Deliver tailored system training (onsite, virtual and group) and provide responsive support to client queries during implementation and transition Ensure smooth handover to business-as-usual support teams with comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer Contribute insights and continuous improvement ideas to enhance implementation practices, products and overall client experience The benefits of joining us! Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders and client relationships, with exceptional communication and customer service capability across all levels Proven project and time management experience within a professional services environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, coupled with a proactive, inquisitive mindset and commitment to continuous learning Solid understanding of Australian payroll compliance, including working knowledge of time and attendance systems and award interpretation (desirable) Hands-on experience implementing SaaS payroll and/or HRIS platforms (minimum 2 years), with sound knowledge of HRIS processes and workflows Highly collaborative approach with demonstrated experience working cross-functionally (Sales, Development, Client Services), with exposure to Payroll Metrics and/or KeyPay strongly preferred If this role sounds like a good fit - Apply now !
