The key duties of the position include We are seeking motivated individuals to join the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission. As a Charity Services Officer, you will provide a range of customer focused services, supporting charities, stakeholders and the public to assist in meeting their obligations. You'll translate moderately complex advice and information into clear and concise language. You will undertake administrative and operational tasks related to basic legal research, analysis of documents, and reviewing and processing applications. You'll provide guidance to stakeholders across multiple communication channels to resolve issues. Some of these roles are required to work in a scheduled environment.
