The key duties of the position include We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Payroll Services Team. As a Payroll Officer, you will undertake a range of activities relating to employee pay, superannuation, conditions and entitlements. This includes resolving enquiries, identifying and addressing issues, and performing basic research and analysis to support accurate and timely payroll outcomes. You will provide advice to a range of clients by applying established processes, methodologies, and the relevant legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing information and contributing to a positive team environment to achieve quality results and maintain effective working relationships. You will be responsible for organising your own workload, managing competing priorities, and delivering outcomes in line with work area and team plans.
