As Executive General Manager – Product & Services, you’ll shape the strategy, delivery and evolution of products and services that support millions of members to achieve better retirement outcomes. This is a senior enterprise leadership role with genuine impact — influencing outcomes across accumulation, retirement, investment, insurance and member servicing at scale. About the role As a key member of the executive leadership team, the EGM Product & Services is accountable for setting and executing ART’s end-toend product and service strategy. You’ll lead multiple business units, balancing innovation, regulatory excellence and operational performance, while keeping member outcomes at the centre of every decision. In this role, you will: Lead the development and execution of an industry-leading product strategy across accumulation, retirement, investment and insurance. Oversee large-scale frontline services, ensuring stable, compliant and high-quality servicing and claims experiences for members. Drive innovation and continuous improvement, responding to market trends, regulatory change and evolving member needs. Partner with senior leaders to deliver products and services that are simple, effective and accessible for members, advisers and employers. Provide executive oversight of complex superannuation matters, including technical escalations, dispute resolution, remediation and firstline risk. Own risk management and financial stewardship for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with ART’s risk appetite and strategic priorities. This role is a permanent executive appointment . About you You’re a proven executive leader with deep product and service capability in complex, regulated environments. You bring strong commercial judgement, a clear member lens, and the credibility to influence at the most senior levels. You’ll likely bring: Extensive experience leading product strategy and execution, ideally across retirement, investment or insurance products. A strong track record in largescale service leadership, including customer/member operations. Deep understanding of superannuation regulation and compliance in the Australian context. Strategic thinking combined with the ability to drive execution at pace and scale. Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
