I am seeking a confident and highly capable Insurance Estimator to join a insurance builder delivering quality repair and restoration works across Brisbane and the northern suburbs. This role offers a mix of work from home and onsite flexibility, with strong autonomy and trust placed in your expertise. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on site assessments of residential and major loss insurance claims Prepare detailed and accurate scopes of works for repair and reinstatement projects Develop cost estimates using Prime Ecosystem Review reports, photos, and documentation to ensure accurate claim assessment Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, supervisors, and clients Identify variations, supplementary works, and cost adjustments where required Ensure all scopes align with policy coverage, building codes, and industry standards About You: Several years’ experience estimating within the insurance building sector Experience estimating major loss and complex claims Proficient in Prime Ecosystem (highly preferred) Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Self motivated, organised, and outcome driven Strong communication skills and attention to detail Offer: Autonomous position with flexibility (WFH site) 110k - 1230k Super Car Work across a diverse range of insurance repair and major loss projects Be trusted to manage your own portfolio without micromanagement Well-established insurance building team If you’re considering a career move or simply curious about what opportunities are out there, feel free to reach out.
