Your new company The Lorian Group have partnered with a Brisbane based commercial builder that’s been operating for five years and is steadily growing. They deliver retail and hospitality projects for national and international QSR and retail brands in the Fitout, Refurbishment, and Build space. Through the sheer quality of their work they have solidified their relationships with clients and continue to win projects locally and nationally. Your new role This is a Project / Construction Administrator role working directly with the Operations Manager and supporting the broader delivery team. It’s primarily admin-based, but you need to understand construction. You’ll be helping keep multiple projects organised and moving. You’ll be: Supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day project admin Assisting Project Managers with documentation and general project support Helping the CA team with procurement tasks and supplier coordination Assisting the Estimating team with bid coordination and tender submissions when required Managing project documentation and keeping systems up to date What you’ll need to succeed Previous experience in construction or project administration Exposure to commercial projects (retail / hospitality experience is highly regarded) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once Able to work closely with PMs, CAs and estimators without needing constant direction Construction background is essential for this role What you’ll get in return Exposure to quality retail and QSR projects Direct access to senior leadership and decision-makers A growing business where there’s room to step up over time A team that values a work/life balance What You Need to Do Next If you're interested in a the above role or want to hear more hit apply now or contact Jeremy.Palasty@lorian.com.au for a confidential chat.
