Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Brand is where bold ideas meet execution. You’ll take strong strategic foundations and turn them into work that surprises, excites and cuts through, without losing premium cues or credibility. You’ll be encouraged to test, provoke and explore, while still operating with commercial discipline. This role needs someone with presence. Someone who brings momentum into a room, lifts the ambition of the work, and gives teams permission to go further. What you’ll be doing Owning and evolving the brand strategy locally and in offshore markets, within a global framework Leading integrated brand campaigns across retail, wholesale, digital and B2B Creating standout activations, cultural moments and “why didn’t anyone else do that?” ideas Protecting premium brand cues while pushing creative boundaries Partnering closely with creative, product, retail, eCommerce and digital teams Using insight and instinct to back bold decisions Leading and energising a multidisciplinary brand team Setting a clear standard for brave, on-brand, high-impact work Previous experience in managing a small team of brand and content marketers What you'll bring This role is made for someone who thrives where ideas move fast and expectations are high. You’re commercially savvy, creatively fearless, and allergic to beige thinking. You'll need: Senior brand experience from a leading agency or a premium / luxury consumer brand (currently Group Account Director, Head of Brand Strategy etc) An impressive 10 years' experience in consumer brand marketing and brand strategy (ideally a mix of Australian and overseas experience) A sharp point of view and the confidence to back it Strong creative instincts and a deep respect for brand cues Comfort working alongside senior creative leaders A track record of disruptive ideas that have worked Big energy, presence and momentum If this brief excites you, I would love to talk to you.
