About the Centre Sunkids Yeronga is a purpose-built centre that caters for 90 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout 5 fully-serviced, modern learning rooms designed specifically for each age group. Sunkids will offer the fortunate Centre Manager that joins us: Support and advice provided by an experienced and skilled support team Professional development and mentoring by key Sunkids personnel An organisation that respects and values all employees If you have the desire to: Build and lead a highly motivated team to deliver a high quality, emergent curriculum Be able to provide a safe and stimulating environment Be able to direct, lead and role model in all areas Have Fantastic Communication Skills Experience opening a new Centre Ideally have completed Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualification Hold a current Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training Holds a current Child Protection Training Certificate CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025 Put the best interests of children first Help to ensure staff provide a safe and stimulating environment Assist with daily operations of the Centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fees management system Ideally have a sound knowledge of QikKids Sunkids will offer the fortunate Centre Manager that joins us: Above award wages as well as a generous incentive remuneration of $12 000 per annum paid quarterly Support and advice provided by an experienced and skilled support team Professional development and mentoring by key Sunkids personal Generous staff and grand parent discount An organisation that respects and values all employees Applicants able to contribute to Sunkids high standards are invited to apply.
