Description The role: Join our purpose-built, tech-connected, co-educational Early Learning Centre - 'Hampshire House' - as a Diploma-level Co-Educator. Permanent Part-Time, 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs preferred, but flexible) Start Date: week commencing March 2nd. Works throughout the year including school holidays. Rotating roster of 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm. Commencing in the pre-school room (3-4yrs), but may assist across all age groups. Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating educational environment for our children. Assist with the design and implementation of progressive, contemporary learning experiences that address the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Administer relevant observatonal processes and complete associated documentation. Skills And Experiences The ideal candidate: Relevant ACECQA-approved qualifications in Child Care (minimum Diploma-level). Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications. Demonstrated experience in early childhood education across 0-5 years old. Working knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy highly regarded. Willing and able to undertake administrative work related to the role. Personable, enthusiastic, and keen to be part of a high-functioning team. Motivated to be an active and visible participant in the life of Kambala.
