About The Role As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be offered a permanent position within our geotechnical teams, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of geotechnical tasks across opencut and underground operations. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting Principal Opencut and Underground Geotechnical Engineers as well as site Geotechnical Engineers Applying engineering knowledge to provide timely and safe solutions to operational challenges Supporting both corporate and site-based geotechnical projects Contributing to mine stability, design, and operational safety initiatives Participating in technical training and site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations All of our graduates have the opportunity to work with leaders in their field in the following residential locations: Hunter Valley, NSW Mudgee, NSW Greater Mackay region, QLD Greater Emerald region, QLD Graduate Development Our Graduate Program is underpinned by a structured professional development framework designed to accelerate your technical capability and leadership potential.
