Job Description Nurse Unit Manager We are seeking 2 experienced and motivated Nurse Unit Managers to take on a pivotal leadership role within a regional health service in Victoria located approximately halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne. These leadership opportunities include: One Nurse Unit Manager in Residential Aged Care , and One Nurse Unit Manager in Acute and Urgent Care . Both roles offer an exciting opportunity for a confident clinical leader who thrives on leading from the front, inspiring teams, and driving excellence in care delivery. You will play a critical role in shaping a positive care culture, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring the highest standards of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care in line with the relevant clinical guidelines and frameworks. This includes day-to-day clinical operations, staff leadership, rostering, quality and safety oversight, resource management, and supporting a positive, consumer-centred care culture.
