Cropping Operations Manager Senior role with a high degree of responsibility 50/50 mixed enterprise – Cropping & Merino Stud 3,400 ha family-owned farming business The Opportunity On behalf of our client Wallaloo Park, we are seeking an experienced Cropping Operations Manager to join a well-established, family-owned mixed farming business in the Wimmera region of Victoria. Reporting directly to the Owner, this is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the planning, execution, and performance of the cropping program. You will play a key role in decision-making, with significant agronomic input and accountability for results. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership of their work, values collaboration, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a progressive farming operation. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and actively participate in all aspects of the annual cropping program Provide agronomic input and oversee crop performance and outcomes Maintain accurate records and manage operational data Operate and maintain modern farm machinery. Work collaboratively within a team environment.
