Join a success story in Induatrial Safety as the Product Manager to own the go-to-market success of the gas detection portfolio. This is a technical B2B product role — focused on positioning, launches, and commercial performance of industrial safety products. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and customers — translating complex detection technology into clear value propositions that win in the field. What you’ll do · Own product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation · Lead product launches and sales enablement (tools, training, collateral) · Manage portfolio strategy: SKUs, lifecycle, replacements, and market fit · Oversee product roadmap input and local market requirements · Support pricing strategy and channel execution · Gather customer and field feedback and turn it into actionable insights What we’re looking for · Mandatory: STEM Degree or considerable STEM experience · Experience in industrial, safety, instrumentation, or automation products · Background in Technical Marketing, Application Engineering, or Sales Engineering · Comfortable marketing complex technical products to industrial customers · Strong commercial instincts (pricing, positioning, portfolio mix) · Able to work cross-functionally with sales, integrators, and manufacturers · Pragmatic, hands-on, and happy operating without direct engineering ownership Bonus points · Exposure to gas detection, hazardous area products, or safety instrumentation · Experience in mining, oil & gas, utilities, or chemical processing · Familiarity with certifications / compliance environments Why join?
