Reporting to the Head of DDAI CIB, this senior leadership role will lead the development and deployment of advanced credit analytics, AI models, and agent‑based automation across the end‑to‑end credit lifecycle. You will drive the digitisation of credit origination, monitoring, and portfolio optimisation capabilities to enable faster and smarter decision‑making at scale. Key Responsibilities Lead WIB’s credit analytics and AI strategy, delivering advanced models and insights across institutional loan portfolios to support structuring and investment decisions. Digitise the end‑to‑end credit lifecycle, embedding AI agents and automation across origination, monitoring, and portfolio optimisation processes. Establish and maintain robust data quality, governance, and compliance frameworks for credit data and AI‑driven decisioning. Develop predictive and real‑time risk capabilities to enable proactive portfolio management and smarter credit outcomes. Build and scale enterprise‑grade data and AI infrastructure, partnering closely with technology teams to deliver high‑performance analytics and automation. Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing AI capability chapter, fostering innovation and a strong risk‑aware culture. Accountabilities Define and execute WIB’s AI strategy aligned to institutional banking priorities and broader enterprise objectives. Ensure AI and analytics solutions meet regulatory, risk, and governance expectations. Provide clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders on performance, outcomes, and strategic impact. What do I need? Deep expertise in credit risk analytics, portfolio modelling, and/or securitisation structures. Proven track record delivering AI and machine learning solutions in financial services, including predictive modelling and agent‑based automation. Strong understanding of institutional banking, credit markets, regulatory frameworks, and structuring. Experience digitising complex, end‑to‑end processes and building scalable analytical platforms.
