Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 VMWare Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sydney, Australia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of our organization's VMware virtualization infrastructure. Manage and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including vCenter, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines Perform VMware infrastructure upgrades, patches, and configuration changes Implement and optimize storage solutions, including SAN and NAS technologies Configure and troubleshoot networking components, such as VLANs, routing, and firewalls Develop and maintain scripts for automation and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Contribute to the development and implementation of virtualization best practices Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents as needed
