About the Role The Care Excellence Lead provides clinical expertise, governance leadership and quality oversight across our HACC services in ACT and Western NSW. This pivotal role embeds best practice, strengthens clinical governance and mentors multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, person-centred community aged care. You will support neighbourhood teams, Team Leaders and Care Partners to ensure high-quality services aligned with care plans, budgets and regulatory requirements. Regular travel across ACT and Western NSW is required. Key Responsibilities Provide senior clinical expertise in complex community aged care Embed and uphold Uniting’s clinical governance framework Mentor Nursing and Allied Health teams Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards Analyse clinical data to identify improvement opportunities Implement and evaluate quality systems within HACC Facilitate education and workforce capability development Promote a culture of client choice, safety and continuous improvement About You You are a confident clinical leader who leads through collaboration and influence.
