Contract Manager – Full Time Pymble, NSW Ready for your next opportunity? We’re seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead contract performance, reporting and client relationships at Busways! What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and manage the Contracts team, ensuring accurate delivery of work within agreed timeframes Act as the primary escalation point and build strong, trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders Oversee contract administration and ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting Monitor, analyse and report on contractual KPIs, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement Coordinate and participate in internal preparation meetings and external client forums Work closely with Finance to reconcile payments, claims and invoicing in line with contract requirements Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure operational delivery meets contractual obligations What You’ll Bring: Minimum 1 years’ experience in a contracts, commercial or similar leadership role Proven experience leading and developing teams in a complex operational environment Strong knowledge of contract management, reporting and KPI governance Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail and deadline focus Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills Current Australian working rights What We Offer You: At Busways, we don’t just transport people - we care about every part of the journey.
