Servicing the suburbs of Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Rosebery, Erskineville and close proximity, they are a tight-knit, genuine team who are both welcoming and collaborative. The Role: With at least 4 organic leads coming in a week, this is a newly created position to ensure these clients are well-serviced and to proactively continue to grow the rent-roll. You will be responsible for: Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling and relationship building with property owners Secure new managements and listings to grow the agency's rent roll and sales pipeline Conduct market appraisals and present agency services to prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships to drive referrals and repeat business Maintain CRM records, pipeline reporting and contribute to overall growth targets Specific requirements: Our client is seeking a people-person who is genuine and will care for their clients over a super-hungry deal-maker, however you WILL need the following: Real Estate experience - ideally in Sales, BDM, Property Management or Leasing Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A current Real Estate Certificate or License A car & drivers licence Local area knowledge will be viewed with preference Benefits: Incredible earning opportunity - what you put in, is what you get out!
