Your Role as Carpenter You’ll deliver this role by: Provide home maintenance, repairs and moderations in clients homes Complete maintenance/building tasks safely, on time, and cost-effectively Comply with building legislation and regulations Inspect, service, and maintain tools and equipment Maintain stock of materials What We Offer Permanent, Full - Time position - Part Time options welcome 9-day fortnight 5 weeks annual leave per year Vehicle and all tools provided Only minor Carpentry / maintenance related tasks What We’re Looking Fo r Current driver’s licence and willingness to drive Qualified tradesperson (Carpenter or Carpenter/Joiner) Experience in maintenance, repairs, renovations, and general carpentry Ability to estimate time and materials accurately Team-focused, able to work with minimal supervision Essential Requirements Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy) Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
