This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the residential construction industry while gaining hands-on experience on active job sites. Key Duties & Responsibilities Assisting the leading hand with daily roofing tasks Using hand and power tools, including drills and grinders Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials Working safely at heights Ensuring installations are level and square Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work site Essential Criteria Current driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle Responsible and compliant with PPE and safety requirements Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to use a drill confidently Physically fit and capable of manual labour Comfortable working at heights Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Fast learner with good common sense Non-smoker What We Offer On-the-job training and support Consistent work across the Perth metro area Opportunity to develop skills in steel truss roofing Supportive team environment
