Key Responsibilities Provide strong clinical and people leadership to support the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing and care services for residents. Ensure appropriate nursing and care staffing levels are maintained in line with agreed workforce requirements and budget parameters. Oversee assessment, care planning, and review processes, promoting active resident participation to support safe and effective ongoing care. Maintain accountability for accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and reporting. Adopt a transparent and collaborative approach to clinical decision-making, including open communication with residents and their families regarding care outcomes. Work closely with Clinical Governance and Education teams to support best practice and the consistent delivery of high-quality nursing care across the organisation.
