You will be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance and service excellence. Key responsibilities include: Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections Managing maintenance and repairs Rent reviews and lease renewals Preparing and managing insurance claims Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act Providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants The Person Previous experience in Property Management Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential) Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organised with strong time management Professional presentation and team-focused attitude Current driver’s licence About the Company Our client is a well-established and highly respected real estate agency on the Central Coast.
