The Position Your responsibilities in the role of Senior Property Manager include: Managing a well-maintained property portfolio of 180 properties Nurture relationships with existing landlords and tenants Conduct the day-to-day aspects of portfolio management, which include issuing termination notices, proactively managing rental arrears; preparation for tenancy tribunal appearances, coordinating property marketing Oversee a PM and leasing consultant The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have: A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients A team player, proactive, hands on and enjoy seeing things through beginning to end Dedicated to creating positive customer experiences and delivering an exception service If you excel in providing exceptional service, handle interactions with professionalism and maturity, and believe that collaboration and teamwork are essential for success, we'd love to talk with you!
