This role is perfect for someone with strong administration skills, great attention to detail, and a genuine interest in growing within a global business. Key Responsibilities Training & Development Support Coordinate all activities associated with the Store & Processing Centre development programs and maintain accurate completion records Support the rollout of global Talent Management and Talent Development initiatives Organise training sessions, coaching, and leadership development activities Assist with corporate orientation and onboarding processes Help develop learning materials, guides, elearning tools, and evaluation tools Administration & Coordination Serve as the Learning Management System (LMS) administrator Compile, analyse and present learning data and reports Coordinate Talent Development events, meetings and activities Manage travel bookings, training logistics and venue arrangements Administer and process invoices for payment, adhering to expense policy and processes Produce, format and support the creation of documents, reports and presentations Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as required What you’ll bring: Strong admin or customer service background and a desire to grow your HR career Confident communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the business High attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive approach Comfort working independently, managing priorities and delivering on deadlines A positive attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint, Excel, Word As proud as we are of our past success, it’s our future that excites us most.
