Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Administrator to support assurance, audit close-out, and access coordination for a high-profile aviation precinct in Mascot. Reporting to the National Risk and Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client audit findings, coordinating evidence, and driving timely closure of actions while also supporting car park access applications through a client-approved workflow. This role suits someone who is highly organised, process-driven, and calm under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and the confidence to follow up stakeholders while maintaining professional relationships in a regulated, high-visibility environment. Key Responsibilities Audit & Assurance Coordination (approx. 50%) - Manage and maintain the audit findings register using Smartsheet - Coordinate actions across multiple stakeholders to ensure progress and timely updates - Gather, validate, and submit clear, audit-ready evidence - Prepare concise updates for governance meetings and reporting - Identify recurring themes and suggest practical improvements to reduce repeat findings Car Park Access Coordination (approx. 50%) - Manage end-to-end car park access applications via the client system - Maintain accurate, auditable records - Support onboarding/offboarding changes and stakeholder enquiries Education, Experience & Skills Essential: - Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume action register (audit, compliance, risk, or governance) - Strong digital system capability, ideally Smartsheet or similar workflow tools - Solid Excel and document control skills (naming conventions, version control, evidence filing) - Excellent written communication and attention to detail - Ability to work full-time on-site at Mascot Airport Precinct - Full working rights in Australia and willingness to complete ASIC/security clearance and drug & alcohol screening Desirable: - Experience supporting client audits or assurance processes - Exposure to aviation, airports, or other regulated environments - Experience with access control or parking approval workflows Workplace Flexibility This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role based at the Mascot Airport Precinct, working standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
