Description Create your best future and join Consumer Finance Risk as a Senior Manager – Risk in Change . What’s the role? This is a 12-month parental leave corer based in Sydney. This role focuses on making sure risks linked to projects, product changes and business initiatives are identified and managed early. You’ll partner closely with delivery, product and transformation teams to support safe change and smooth transition into business‑as‑usual. Acting as a trusted risk expert, you’ll challenge constructively, help design practical controls and ensure change doesn’t introduce unintended risk to customers or the business. What do I need? Experience managing risk in projects, change or delivery environments Strong understanding of change, project or product lifecycles Confidence reviewing change impacts and identifying control gaps Ability to challenge constructively while building strong relationships Clear decision‑making skills in fast‑paced environments Why join us?
