Comp etitive salary and NFP Salary packaging. About the role We have a vacancy for an experienced Retirement Living Coordinator to join our Retirement Living team. This pivotal role, reports to the Senior Manager – Retirement Living. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the village, attends to maintenance requests, to ensure a safe and attractive environment. Is responsible to carry out unit inspections with potential clients and engage in unit handovers to incoming clients. This is a part time role 22.8 hours per week. (flexibility on days/hours) About you You will be an experienced Retirement Living Coordinator with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to strengthen resident relationships, and drive sales initiatives to sustain high occupancy levels. Key requirements Previous experience in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Hospitality preferred Extensive experience in reception, administration and customer service, Ability to manage multiple tasks to achieve the outcome. Previous experience resolving client issue and negotiating outcomes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
