As a Health Care Worker, you will be required to work as a productive member of a care team to provide person centred care. It is expected the Health Care Worker will work within the limitations of their role and will provide a competent level of personal care, cleaning and food services for residents. The HCW works under the direction and support of the supervising RN at all times. About you As the successful applicant you will: Certificate III or IV – Ageing Support (CHC43015) or equivalent Have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team Deliver patient-centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with Dhelkaya Health requirements Ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends Please refer to the relevant attached position description and address the key selection criteria on your cover letter when applying.
