You will lead a small crew to complete programmed and reactive enhancement works safely, efficiently, and to specification, while maintaining strong presentation and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: The Enhancement Team Leader will be responsible for: Leading and supervising a team delivering soft landscape enhancement projects Undertaking hands-on works including mulching, planting, soil conditioning, turfing, and garden establishment Reading and working to landscape plans, schedules, and work programs Coordinating daily tasks, materials, and equipment required for enhancement works Ensuring works are delivered to contract specifications and quality standards Monitoring plant health and ensuring correct planting and aftercare practices Ensuring compliance with WHS procedures, environmental controls, and safe work practices Conducting site inspections and identifying hazards or improvement opportunities Operating and maintaining small plant, tools, and equipment Training and mentoring team members in safe and effective work methods Liaising with supervisors and contract managers regarding progress and site issues Supporting sustainable landscaping practices and environmental outcomes About You: You are a practical, organised leader with strong soft landscaping experience who enjoys delivering visible improvements to public spaces and leading teams in active outdoor environments.
