THE ROLE As Program Engagement Officer, you will support the delivery of the Investment Program through effective communication, community engagement and stakeholder liaison. Working closely with program managers and project teams, you will assist in developing and delivering engagement strategies, preparing written correspondence and communication materials, and responding to community and media enquiries. RESPONSABILITIES Support the delivery of projects through effective stakeholder engagement and communication activities Prepare clear, accurate correspondence, briefing notes and communication materials for internal and external audiences Assist with community engagement activities, including consultation planning, messaging and coordination Respond to community, stakeholder and media enquiries in a timely and professional manner YOU Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications or a similar role, with strong written and verbal skills. Comfortable preparing clear, well-structured correspondence and communication materials, and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including the community and media. Well organised, detail-focused, and able to work confidently within a government or public-sector environment.
