Consultant – In Home Care Full-time – 12-month contract Camberwell, VIC About the Role As an In-Home Care Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in Baptistcare’s customer journey, acting as the trusted first point of contact for qualified enquiries. You will nurture and guide prospective customers and their families through the aged care journey from initial enquiry through to sign-up or booking a home visit. This is a hybrid, relationship-focused, phone-based role where your ability to build trust, provide tailored support, and confidently convert opportunities will directly impact customer outcomes. Working closely with Marketing and Customer Liaison Consultants, you will manage a strong pipeline of leads, deliver targeted outbound communications, and ensure every customer experiences a seamless, compassionate and professional transition into Baptistcare’s services. About You You are a confident communicator who builds trust quickly and genuinely cares about supporting older Australians and their families.
