This permanent full-time Nurse Grade 6 position provides advanced clinical leadership in a 30-bed surgical unit specialising in ENT, Colorectal, Acute and General Surgical care. The role delivers expert, person-centred nursing care for patients with complex needs while supporting education, quality improvement and team leadership within a dynamic surgical environment. About This Role Your new role: In this advanced clinical role, you will provide expert surgical nursing care while leading and supporting the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Deliver advanced clinical care and coordinate management of complex surgical patients Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to nursing staff and students Lead quality improvement, patient safety and practice development initiatives About You You are an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical expertise in acute surgical nursing and a commitment to professional leadership and person-centred care.
