As an Accounts Officer, you will manage the daily processing of accounting transactions to ensure financial records and payments are accurate, current, and effectively maintained. The role also supports the Senior Accounts Officer with month-end activities. Day To Day, You'll Verify, process and match invoices. Verify that all invoices and transactions comply with relevant policies and procedures. Create and maintain creditor accounts. Process timetabled and ad hoc payment runs (both AUD and Foreign). Provide administration support for Corporate Credit Cards and review/posting of transactions. Prepare analysis of accounts/payments as requested by the Senior Accounts Officer or Business Units. Provide support and training to Business Units on finance processes. Review and processing of Expense Reimbursements. Investigate and resolve customer/stakeholder queries. Assist with administration and support of Purchase Orders and Receipts. Reconciliation of creditor statements. This role is available as a 12-month month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
