Project Delivery & Governance Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards. Strategic Planning Define engineering roadmap, align with business goals, and manage resource allocation. Process Optimization Implement best practices in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD to improve efficiency and quality. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Risk & Compliance Management Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Drive adoption of new technologies and practices to enhance productivity and scalability. Essential 10-15 years of industry experience, with 2 years in engineering leadership roles 5 years of experience in web application or full-stack development Strong foundational knowledge of software architecture, engineering best practices, and modern development tools/processes Ability to do hands-on coding is critical for this role (This is required to be used selectively for mentoring, prototyping, or solving complex technical problems) Experience defining and implementing reference architecture and systems of engagement Technical decision-making authority, especially in architectural review boards (ARB) Exposure to open-source ecosystems and/or diverse technology stacks Preferred: Work Experience Prior working experience in telecommunications industry. Knowledge in web tools, integration capabilities Technical/Professional Skills Understanding of DevOps practices, tools and cloud technologies Great awareness of information security and data privacy requirements. Hands-on, working knowledge of various web and or integration languages, tools and approaches Experience with a range of vendors, tools and languages, AEM, SFCC, React, MuleSoft etc. Prior experience of public speaking e.g. Tech Conference Additional Skills Excellent customer interfacing skills.
