Description: About The Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role is primarily field-based and offers a high level of autonomy to manage your schedule. If you enjoy a hands-on role with variety, travel, position is for you. In this role, you will be responsible for the retention and recover of existing and previous Supagas customers, minimising lost business and driving sustainable growth. You will work closely with Branch operations and internal Sales teams to identify customers at risk, address issues proactively, and secure renewed supply agreements. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited to a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on customer engagement, problem-solving, and delivering results. Skills and Experiences: Skills & Experience: Experience in Key Account Management or a similar sales role Experience in the gas industry or a related field is advantageous but not required Commercial awareness of competitors and market industry trends Proven ability to manage a customer territory and achieve sales results Strong communication, negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts effectively Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
