The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Lawyer with 1-3 years’ experience to join our Perth Property team on a full-time basis. You will work with a highly respected team on retail, office and industrial leasing for our major clients. This will also include capital transactions work for our broader base of clients buying and selling commercial, retail and industrial assets. Your key responsibilities will include: Retail, office and industrial leasing for landlords Drafting, negotiating and reviewing lease documentation Assisting on capital transactions, including acquisitions and disposals Supporting due diligence processes and preparing transaction documents Advising on general property law issues as they arise The role offers hands‑on experience, client exposure, and the chance to build strong technical foundations in a supportive environment.
