The Perth office operates as a well-connected, supportive team within the firm’s global network. An opportunity has arisen for a capable, proactive Legal Assistant / Practice Support professional to join the office and play a key role in its day-to-day operations. This position will provide dedicated support to two Partners, including the Head of the Perth office, within a broader team of around six. The role offers a balanced workload. In addition, the role involves shared coordination and operational support across the office. This opportunity will appeal to an experienced Legal Assistant from private practice who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, taking ownership of their work and contributing to the smooth running and continued growth of a smaller office environment. Key Highlights Senior, trusted role supporting Partners and office leadership Collegiate, close-knit team with strong tenure Global firm platform with a boutique office feel Up to $100,000 package (experience dependent) 1 day working from home following probation Working hours: 8:30am–5:00pm or 9:00am–5:30pm Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: High-level legal assistant support to two Partners Billing coordination and matter administration Proactive diary management, travel coordination and expense processing Document preparation and management of paper-based workflows Acting as a key point of coordination across the practice group Supporting the broader office with shared administrative and operational tasks About You You will bring: Solid experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Senior Practice Support professional in private practice Demonstrated experience supporting Partners or senior lawyers Strong billing, diary and travel coordination skills A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent attention to detail Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a team-focused culture If this opportunity sounds like the right next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
