Description Findex are currently looking for a Compliance & Quality Officer to join our Legal, Risk & Compliance team. This is a permanent, full-time role, flexible to be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand for the right person. The purpose of this position is to provide compliance support to the non-Financial/non-Licensed Services areas of the business including Accounting & Tax, Audit and Advisory. Your role, your contribution! Assessment, analysis and responding to everyday queries via applicable workflow systems Assessment, analysis and maintenance of LRC systems including positions employees can hold, independence check systems/declarations/queries, high risk audit engagements Prepare and/or assist stakeholders in the preparation of their compliance reports/RFT/Marketing collateral, and provide compliance review and input of relevant collateral Support the Compliance Partner with interaction/liaison with regulatory bodies to support business services leaders, provide feedback and seek out solutions for operational and regulatory matters Assessment of, and monitoring maintenance of compliance, including registrations with regulatory bodies Assistance with Policy and procedures standardisation/approval processes The benefits of joining us!
