About the role We are seeking an experienced medical professional to lead the medical strategy for our Oncology portfolio, with a specific focus on Solid Tumours . In this role, you will drive scientific excellence, lead pre‑launch and launch activities, and strengthen external medical engagement across Australia. Your role will be varied and will include: Developing and executing medical strategies aligned to GSK’s oncology objectives Leading medical projects, including education programs and scientific engagement Building strong relationships with external experts, clinicians and research networks Providing medical expertise to support clinical, regulatory, and promotional activities About you We are looking for a collaborative and driven medical leader with deep oncology knowledge and the ability to influence across a matrixed environment. You will have a strong background in medical governance, external engagement and strategic leadership. You will need: A degree in science, pharmacy or medicine; postgraduate qualifications desirable 3 years’ Medical Manager experience, ideally within oncology Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and manage complex stakeholders Strong communication, project leadership and knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks Why join us?
