About the role: As the Clinical Relationship Officer, you will play a key part in building awareness of our brand, our fertility specialists, and the full suite of services we offer across preconception health, reproductive care, genetics, and ultrasound. You will drive growth by strengthening and expanding our referrer network, focusing on General Practitioners, Obstetricians, Gynaecologists, and other specialist referrers. Your responsibilities will include: Increasing brand awareness by building positive and sustainable relationships across our current and potential referral network. Seeking to understand the current and future needs of our referring target market. Providing valuable market insights on competitors, new services, trends, and referrer needs. Identifying opportunities to enhance engagement within our target market. Driving year‑on‑year growth in the number of referrers within the territory. Increasing loyalty by growing the average number of referrals per referrer. Developing and implementing a targeted business development plan to grow key market segments. Promoting Monash IVF Group specialists and services via in‑clinic visits, in‑service sessions, communications, and events. Engaging and building relationships with relevant industry organisations such as PHNs, universities, GP graduates, and newly opened clinics. Growing and maintaining the referrer database to support effective communication and measurement of growth. Ideally you will bring the role: We’re looking for someone who combines strong communication expertise with creativity, curiosity and the ability to build relationships. A strong background in Medical Liaison, Healthcare Sales, Clinical Engagement or Referrer Relations, with the confidence to build trusted professional relationships. An understanding of private healthcare — and ideally fertility or medical imaging — that helps you quickly connect with the needs of our referrers. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills, allowing you to influence, engage and communicate with ease. A commercial mindset paired with a genuine, relationship‑first approach to partnership building. The ability to work independently, manage your territory proactively, and stay organised in a dynamic environment.
