About Cover-More Travel Insurance in Australia This role is part of our Cover-More Travel Insurance team in Australia. Cover-More Travel Insurance is Australia’s leading travel insurance and assistance provider and has protected Aussie travellers since 1986. Cover-More provides travel insurance through many well-known travel, airline, banking and retail brands and also direct to customers via covermore.com.au. We help safeguard travellers from the unexpected, and support them when medical, travel or security emergencies arise. We are here for our customers before, during and after they travel away from home, helping them feel safe, protected, and cared for every step of their journey. What you’ll be doing: This role will support the delivery of the Risk and Compliance 2026 Uplift and Transformation program across 1st Line of Defence and 2nd Line of Defence Risk and Compliance functions and various internal functions. Support the program manager and stream leaders on business analytical activities relevant to the program Draft and design and embed controls (via training) to the relevant control owners Review and uplift processes and relevant documentation Facilitate or support training roll outs Build strong and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand their business challenges, gather requirements and ensure process improvements meet customer, business and regulatory requirements Develop clear and accurate detailed process maps in accordance with organisational standards Develop recommendations for process changes that will achieve in alignment with Risk and Compliance policies. Gather and utilise data to evaluate the impact of process changes and use insights to make informed recommendations This position is a 12-month maximum term contract . The preferred location is our North Sydney office, however we are also open to candidates based in our Brisbane office. What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey: 8 years demonstrated experience in a business analysis capacity, business process modelling and moderate Risk and compliance knowledge Experience interpreting and dissecting Risk and Compliance policies and frameworks, with a view to building out good business structures (highly desirable) Previous experience in uplifting third-party processes (highly desirable) Ability to design and draft controls A critical thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple locations Excellent stakeholder management experience Ability to motivate in a team-oriented and collaborative environment Why you’ll love working with us!
