The Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a busy, member-focused venue that has all day dining, café, bar and functions. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who knows how to run a floor, lead people properly, and uphold service standards. You'll work closely with the F&B Manager to drive service, develop the team, and ensure smooth operations across all aspects of the F&B Department. Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be required to have but not limited to the following attributes.
