About the Role As a System Analyst, you’ll be the critical link between their business needs and the technology that powers our operations. You’ll work closely with users and stakeholders to analyse requirements, improve processes, and deliver effective system solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business requirements. Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Assess inefficiencies in systems and operations, recommending enhanced practices and technical solutions. Apply project management principles to create detailed project plans, estimate resources, and manage project delivery. Oversee the deployment of functional solutions, including the creation and execution of comprehensive system testing plans to ensure high quality and reliability. Prepare user manuals and training materials; conduct structured training sessions for staff. Develop detailed functional specifications to guide system developers. Use data and process modelling to design clear, logical system specifications for software development. Serve as a key information resource during system-related decision-making, offering expert advice and support throughout project lifecycles. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role. Strong understanding of system development life cycle and business analysis technique. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
