About the Role As Workshop Controller, you will oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient job allocation, strong team performance, and clear communication between technicians, Service Advisors, and management. You will play a pivotal role in achieving productivity targets while maintaining quality workmanship and a safe, compliant working environment.
